- What kind of t-shirts do you offer?

- How do I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. Please refer to our size chart and compare the measurements to your own clothing for the best accuracy.
- Can I customize my own t-shirt design?
Yes! TASVIB offers a platform for you to create your own unique custom t-shirts. Contact to email: contact@tasvib.com to send your unique design.
- What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We typically accept high-resolution JPEG, PNG, and SVG files for custom designs. For best print quality, we recommend using images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. More details can be found on our custom design page.
- Will the colors on my screen look exactly the same on the printed t-shirt?
While we strive for color accuracy, the colors you see on your screen may slightly differ from the actual printed colors due to variations in monitor settings and printing processes.
Ordering Process:
- How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select the t-shirt(s) you want, choose your size and color (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’ve added all your items, proceed to the checkout page where you can enter your shipping information and payment details.
- What payment methods do you accept?

- Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can typically request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at contact@tasvib.com with your order number and the requested changes. As our t-shirts are custom-printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. However, if your item is defective or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. - How do I request a return or refund for a defective or incorrect item?
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@tasvib.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- How long does it take to process a refund?

- How do I care for my printed t-shirt?
To ensure the longevity of your printed design, we recommend washing your t-shirt inside out in cold water, using mild detergent, and tumble drying on low heat or hanging it to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print. Care instructions are also provided on the garment tag.
