At TASVIB, we understand that sometimes things change. We want to make your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read our Cancellation and Returns Policy carefully below.

Order Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email contact@tasvib.com or by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include your order number in your communication.

If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window, we will do our best to accommodate it. If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed and you will receive the refunded amount within 5 to 7 business days.

Important Note: After 12 hours from the time of your order, your order will enter the production phase. Once the production process has begun, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. This is because your custom-printed t-shirt is being specifically created for you.

Returns and Exchanges:

As our t-shirts are custom-printed on demand, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the design you approved (if applicable for custom orders). We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order details, including size, color, and design (if customized), before completing your purchase. Please refer to our size chart to ensure you select the correct size.

Exceptions for Returns/Exchanges:

We will gladly process a return or exchange only in the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage along with your order number to email at contact@tasvib.com. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement of the same item or a full refund.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence and your order number at email contact@tasvib.com. We will rectify the error by sending you the correct item or providing a full refund.

Refund Process:

For approved cancellations, returns due to defective items, or incorrect items received, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange (for eligible cases):

Contact our customer support team at contact@tasvib.com within the specified timeframe (12 hours for cancellation, 7 days for defects/incorrect items).

Provide your order number and detailed information about the issue, including photographic evidence where applicable.
