At Tasvib, your satisfaction is our priority. Since each of our products is custom-made to order, we have a specific return policy designed to ensure quality service while respecting the nature of personalized items.
Can I Return My Order?
Because all items are made on demand, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Dislike of design after receiving
We kindly ask that you carefully check the size guide and product details before completing your purchase.
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged
- You receive a wrong item
- There is a printing error caused by us
If your item qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tasvib.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the defect
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning or replacing the item at no extra cost.
What Happens After I Return an Item?
If your return is accepted:
- You may receive a replacement item, or
- You may choose to receive store credit or a full refund (depending on the issue)
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom designs submitted by the customer (unless defective)
- Clearance or promotional items
- Orders past the 7-day return window
