Understanding Custom Printed Items:
Our t-shirts are uniquely created based on your order specifications, including design, size, and color. Due to this personalized nature, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

- Change of Mind: As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind after the order has been processed.
- Minor Variations: Slight variations in color or design placement are inherent in the custom printing process and are not considered defects.
- Dissatisfaction with Approved Design (for custom orders): If you approved a design proof before production, we cannot accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the final printed design.
When Returns and Refunds ARE Applicable:
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund in the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your t-shirt arrives with a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinting, holes, tears) or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, please provide clear photographs of the defect or damage along with your order number to email contact@tasvib.com. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement of the exact same item or a full refund to your original payment method.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a t-shirt that is significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, wrong size, wrong color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photographs of the incorrect item along with your order number to email at contact@tasvib.com. We will rectify the error by sending you the correct item as soon as possible or issuing a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return/Refund for Eligible Cases:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at contact@tasvib.com within 7 days of receiving your order, clearly stating the reason for your return/refund request and providing your order number.
- Provide Evidence: Attach clear photographs demonstrating the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received. This helps us expedite the review process.
- Review and Approval: Our customer support team will review your claim and notify you of the approval or denial within 1-2 business days.
- Return Instructions (if applicable): If a return is necessary (for verification purposes), we will provide you with specific return shipping instructions. Please note that TASVIB may cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
- Refund or Replacement Processing: Upon approval of your claim and receipt of the returned item (if required), we will process your refund or ship out the replacement item within 7 business days.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed by TASVIB. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the issue is not reported within the specified timeframe, 7 days of receipt or if the item shows signs of wear, washing, or misuse that were not present upon arrival.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on unworn t-shirts unless they are defective or incorrect.
